How to Reduce Refrigerator Noise
Listen to sounds around you to meditate for mindfulness.

Pick up 5 sounds around you, for example, traffic noise, bird songs, clock, the wind through trees, refrigerator noise.
Listening to each sound in order. Focus on each one for 1 minute and do that 5 times.

Switch the sound to listen to in a short time, about 10 seconds for each.

Pay attention to all the sounds at once.

Although you can’t do well at first, you will get better and feel the effect before long.
