Why is it sometimes we are so fearful that the fear itself cripples and incapacitates? And other times, we call the butterflies in our gut “good nerves” informing us that we will enjoy the experience?

The thing to note that stress isn’t the event itself, but our perception of it. How often do our beliefs and fears stand in the way of opportunities? How often have we faced our fears to do something that proved to be our turning point? Our mindsets are important in approaching changes – ask what you can learn and not what you lose.
