Cookies

Cookies are data fragments that are sent from a website and stored on your device (computer, phone, tablet) while browsing online. We create and maintain unique identifiers but we never attach any information to your cookies that can be used to identify you personally or to log in to your account, including email address and password. If you have an account and you log in to Voynetch, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.

When you log in, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information. Login cookies last for two days. If you select “Remember Me”, your login will persist for two weeks. If you log out of your account, the login cookies will be removed.

No, these cookies are necessary to use our website. However, if you don’t select “Remember Me”, we don’t set the persist cookies.

2. Performance Cookies to Improve Our Services

In order to collect information about how visitors use our website and to improve how our services work, we are using Google Analytics on this website. Within the usage information obtained from these cookies, we retain the information related to unique identifies for a certain period of time. Once such information is no longer necessary to provide Voynetch’s services, enable customer support, enhance the user experience or other operational purposes, we delete or anonymize the information.

Information Sharing and Disclosure

Voynetch may share the information we collect:

1. With the general public on our website

Voynetch shares the information on our website when you provide to us:

  • Part of user profile (username, display name, profile picture, bio, website, and social media account connected to Voynetch)
  • Part of usage information (action information including uploading content and “Like”)
  • User content (including image, title, description, and tag)

2. With Voynetch service providers and business partners

Voynetch may provide information to its vendors, consultants, marketing partners, research firms, and other service providers or business partners. This may include, for example:

Voynetch may share your information if we believe it is required by applicable law, regulation, operating agreement, legal process or governmental request, or where the disclosure is otherwise appropriate due to safety or similar concerns.

Information Retention And Deletion

Voynetch requires and user profile information to provide our services, and retains such information for as long you maintain your Voynetch account. We also remain the contents which you upload to our services and action information such as “Like.”

Users may request deletion of their accounts at any time. Following such request, Voynetch deletes the information that it is not required to retain and restricts access to or use of any information it is required to retain. For example, when you delete Voynetch account, Voynetch deletes your profile information, the contents you uploaded, and the action information such as “Like.” Usage information based on unique identifiers of cookies is retained for a certain period of time and deleted or anonymized. Also, we make and retain backup copies regularly, but we make them encryption and limit the use of them.

Voynetch may also retain certain information if necessary for its legitimate business interests, such as fraud prevention and enhancing users’ safety and security. For example, if Voynetch shuts down a user’s account because of unsafe behavior or security incidents, Voynetch may retain certain information about that account to prevent that user from opening a new Voynetch account in the future.

You may request that Voynetch:
